An absolute museum quality example of this Hematite var. Specularite and Quartz specimen from Jinlong Hill in China.  The perfectly formed Specularite “iron roses” exhibit a metallic black color hosting burgundy red colored Quartz due to red Hematite tinting on the Quartz surfaces.  The Quartz crystals are perfectly terminated and are highly lustrous, very attractive!  These Specularite “flowers” are well composed, stunning from any angle due to dramatic crystallization, mesmerizing!  Specimen of this well balalnced and well preserved quality is very rarely seen due to the harsh mining environment of the Jinlong Hill mining area.  For the large cabinet size, amazing color and gemminess, this piece definitely stands above all others at a reasonable price.  Comes with a high quality copper-wired display stand.
