This is a very rare, large cabinet specimen from the Shizhuyuan Mine with Fluorite crystals aesthetically and generously scattered at the top of the matrix of Quartz crystals and in association with bright, metallic gold Pyrite cubes. All of the Fluorite crystals exhibit exquisite phantoms and richly saturated purple color. They are highly modified, twinned cubic Fluorites of the highest graded gem quality. Countless tiny metallic gold Pyrite cubes which display penetration twinning perched on and included in both of the Fluorite and Quartz crystals, their distribution is well balanced resulting in a nicely composed specimen. Micro crystals of yellow colored Mica “cling” on the Quartz points in places, ascending coloration and complexity to the piece.
Collected in around its heyday in 1998/1999, Fluorite and Quartz combo masterpiece of this vivid color, size class and superb quality from the Shizhuyuan Mine is extremely rare because the mine has already been depleted. It is as much like a “jewel” as you can wish for! Comes with a high quality copper-wired display stand.

Fluorite's Maintenance Advice:
Fluorite is extremely susceptible to sunlight, some colors fade slower than others, but they all fade under sunlight. The effect also happens under normal halogen light. Therefore keep Fluorite in a darker part of the home, away from direct sunlight.
