The Democratic Republic of Congo produces a vast majority of rough Malachite but fine specimen-grade examples are rarely seen.  Recently, a decent batch of fine specimens have been found at the Kasompi Mine and the best pieces are captivating with their unusual forms and saturated emerald-green to deep forest-green colors.  They have really become a sensation for their distinctive aesthetics and artistic forms.  This is one of the best pieces in the lot which exhibits a particularly alluring forest-green color.  The silky and exceedingly lustrous sheen can be seen even in the darkest room with velvety texture, mesmerizing!  Prismatic Malachite sprays are densely packed in a fan-like crystal shape and create a satiny surface that appears luxurious and elegant.  When the light moves, the reflections also move, like that of peacock feathers, it is even more beautiful in person than photos and video.  A complete floater specimen in pristine condition and can be displayed in 360 degree, outstanding!  Comes with a high quality copper-wired display stand.
